Gonna start Brad Pilon's Eat Stop Eat program. Also want to include eating at least 2 eggs per day as I've noticed it makes a big difference in the health of my hair and nails.
On non-IF days I hope to eat no more than 1200 calories per day. Basically eating 2x per day. I'm not a snacker and do not like deserts except on rare occasions (typically big holidays like Xmas and Thanksgiving) so those two things have never been a problem.
The big problem I'm having is that I'm lazy and don't like cooking much. But eating out is making me obese. So I'm going to have to find easy to make, make-ahead-friendly recipes that are also low calorie and filling.
One day a week I'll do Intermittent Fasting (tenatively from 2pm to 2pm). If it works out well I might boost that to 2 days a week but no more than 2.
But like I said...my big weakness is not liking to cook and not knowing any flavorful, quick, easy low-cal meals. Will start trying to investigate recipes to that end.

Just calculated Weight Watchers points value of a Chik-fil-a meal.
9 points for the regular Chik-fil-a sandwich.
6 points for the Chargrilled sandwich.
1 point for a medium fruit cup.
I'm combining Shangra-La with Weight Watchers to make losing weight easier and more healthy.
