had some ups and downs. Now exercising and watching my sodium intake-cut out the diet soda and subsitute water as my drink of preference.

Diet day one find that writting down my food intake really helps. I can keep track and see my weak spots. I am not following an exact diet but I plan to. I just want to bring my eatting under control.

This is the first time in years I have knowingly and voluntarily listed my weight. A small step for some but a big one for me and hopefully a step in the right direction. Watch out world, here I come. My new smile is in progress and my figure will becoming less. I have only just begun on this new journey.
