i am a home care nurse... with one client...work long shift most of the time do not get much time to work out..and when i do get time lazy lazy lazy...i sometimes have more than two glasses of wine. working on cutting down. so far so good...in 2008 i weighed around 120 now i am going to 140..with my height (short) do not go very well together, and yes i love my dresses .i do not want to lose them. ...i love food all type of food...i have tendency of skipping meals sometimes only eat one huge portion for the whole day....i have always tried to keep my weight under control.. but i think i need help now before it gets to late...i just bought Tony Little Gazelle Edge Fitness System and i use it at least 45minutes per day( one episode of house, greys anatomy and etc)....i have bloating problem which makes me skips meals sometimes...i still do not know what the cause is...i am working on avoiding salt and food with high sodium...and please hot water or cold water, tap or bottle water...someone please...looking forward to journey of fitness...
