I can give up carbs easier than fats. I just started trying to get myself into diet mode. Will give it my all tomorrow.

I have found that I do not do well if I limit my choices too much. Therefore, I have set my carbohydrate total at 80-100g per day. I do not discount fiber grams and aim for 20g cho per day. I am the same weight as this same time last year, even though I have lost and regained 35 pounds. This is my last ditch effort to succeed.

Today I have consumed 20 net grams cho. I have enrolled at Curves because I am to self conscious to try any exercise that is coed. I drank 2 liters of water, and 2 diet sodas. I can't think of giving them up yet. Today was a good day.
