I know I haven't been here for awhile as I kind of had a set-back. I gained 30 lbs of the 20 i lost. I have been back on atkins since last march. I know more this time around. I'm not so intense about it. Weight is coming off slower but you know what, I know now that this will be my way of eating. When I fell off I felt gross all the time I was stuffing my face. My sugar went up, blood pressure. That was it. I do not want to have to start taking drugs for something I caused. Take care. Gail

I have been at 150 for months now. I really don't care if I lose that extra 5 lbs. I wanted to. This is probably where I'll stay and be at my lifetime maintenance
