YES! It was hormones/water retention the past week. So relieved to see the scale going down. Makes me think, "OK! I am actually doing this!" It sure was frustrating the past week to know I am working so hard and seeing the scale only go UP.
More motivated than ever now!

Got ice cream last night. I felt like I deserved the treat, but I should have stopped at half instead of the entire thing. Going to bed last night I felt gross and regretful. This morning I had an apple and told myself, "That's all you get!" So, hoping that made up for it a little bit. Shooting for 1300 calories today instead of 1600.

Jeans and wedding rings feel more comfortable than a week ago but back up to my starting weight... hoping that's a water retention and/or hormonal thing and that it will balance out in another week. Feeling more and more committed, and it's getting a little easier to say no to naughty foods.
