One day of sunshine, finally, spent it outside of course. It is so much easier to stay on track when the golden rays are coming down.

Shar has helped get me back on track by preplanning and then printing out my days food journal so I can check off the items as I eat them. It takes away some stress. Thanks again to my kiddo.

Well, the Sauna felt awesome, and I think I am a little less swollen, but the scale went up one half pound. Oh well, keep on trying.

Back from a great camping trip, not at all unhappy about the weight, it is quite normal for me after a loss to bounce around for a week. I also believe that the salt substitute I have started using has to go. I am quite bloated, so off to my sauna.
