I worked out Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday then I developed some sort of bug so I held off from exercising for a couple days. Over the weekend and on Monday I was out of town for my birthday so I didn't go to the gym but I did get A LOT of walking in but didn't record my food. I didn't have a scale or a measuring tape available while I was away so I will weigh myself and take my photos and measurements next week.

Thursday, November 7 I will be going for a sushi dinner with my family for my sister's birthday. I have no specific idea as to what I'm going to eat but I entered a bunch of stuff to at least have something entered. Unfortunately the place I'm going has no nutritional information available so I can't imagine the nutritional information is very accurate but I've given myself an idea and can assume that I will not eat as much as I have entered but I would prefer to overestimate than underestimate.
