Well, I lost something. I officially have the new years resolution of being consistent. I want to reach my goal. If only there was already a cook book with everything that I liked then I may be satisfied. Unfortunately, it isn't, so I have created a plan for my enormous appetite. Thanks for the support although I hardly made any effort to write anything that I did down. With that said its a new year and my time to shine. Good luck everyone!!

in the beginning of the year I thought I was completely ready to do this thing called dieting, but now I realize this is not only about dieting it is also about my health. I went to the doctor and became completely discussed with myself. I want to change. I have too.

I been slippin' on my pimpin' lolbvs. I have not been recording in my food log daily, and on top of that I have not been meeting my daily calorie intake requirements. Sometimes I shake my head to some of the things I do and here I am talking about I REALY WANT to LOSE WEIGHT!!! I'll pray about it..."sigh”
