Hi! I'm a 22 year old woman looking to lose weight and feel better about myself. When I look back at old pictures now I think I looked so good but I remember so clearly at the time thinking that I was fat, so this time when I reach my goal weight I will appreciate and enjoy it instead of put myself down. I'm brand new to the site so add me as a buddy and we can chat! Oh and you can probably tell from my new pic but I'm a Marilyn Monroe fan, I think she is stunning!

Vitamin HELP!
Hi! Which one a day are you thinking about taking? I take the one a day weight smart vitamins and I really like them, maybe its just my imagination but I think they've helped with my weight loss efforts. The only thing is though, I did research them online before I purchased them and I heard that a lot of people found that they were causing exteme nausea but I've had no problems with them at all. Previously I took the one a day womens formula and I liked those as well but the one a day weight smart ones have green tea in them which is beneficial to weight loss and well being but unfortunately I'm not a fan of drinking it. I work at a pharmacy and found another brand with generally the same amounts of vitamins and minerals but with more green tea so I'm thinking about trying those when I'm out of the one a days, I can't remember the exact name, vita-vim weight control or something along those lines, but I will let you know if I try them! Some people may say they haven't seen any difference with the one a day weight smart ones but what I noticed is that they have the same amount of vitamins and minerals (sometimes more) as the one a day womens but with added green tea so even if you don't find it helping you will still be getting the right amounts of everything else that you need.

How tall is everyone???
I'm about 5'6 and right now I'm at 147.2 looking to get to 130. Once I'm there I'm going to see how I feel, how my clothes look, etc. before deciding how much more I'd like to lose. Oddly enough when I was thin I never really weighed myself and therefore I have no idea what the number on the scale was when I felt and looked good, I guess I didn't need to know the number then because I had confidence in how I looked. Anyway, according to the BMI chart 118 is the lowest I should be going which is fine with me because I'm thinking more along the lines of 120-125 for my final goal. I better work on getting to 130 first! At my highest weight (long before I found this site) I was over 160, close to 165 so right now I am happy to be under 150 and am determined that I will never see that kind of number again!

New to the site
Hi Everyone! I've actually been on the site for a few weeks now but am just starting to get a feel for it and just now figured out how to post on a forum so I thought I should introduce myself! I am 22 years old from Canada and I want to lose about 20lbs. to get to 130lbs. I may want to lose a little more depending on how I feel when I get to my current goal weight but we'll see. A few years ago I was a skinny girl but oddly enough I never weighed myself at that time so I have no idea what weight I'll look and feel my best at, I just know its not this one! Anyway, my highest weight was about 165 I would say and I'm not sure where that weight went but over the course of the past year some of the weight just seemed to fall off on its own and that motivated me to start working to not only maintain my new weight but to finally get to my goal weight now that I got this completely random head start. Well this post turned out longer than expected, that seems to happen to me all of the time! Anyway, I'd love to meet some new buddies so we can motivate eachother!
