Getting ready for sprint triathlon on Saturday.
Plan is: berries, celery +carrot juice, triple citrus juice, pineapple juice
for the race : grapes and coconut water

Had Mini Marathon today.
Did it better than the last year because:
1) I had green seedless grapes with me which I was eating 6 km, 12 km, 18 km
and 20 km.
2) had raw organic unpasteurized coconut water by Harmless Harvest-235 ml(8 oz)
3) used metronome tempo to run
Because of grapes and coconut water I did not "heat the wall" and was functional all the time, was able to run faster up the hill until the very end, was not tired as I was the last year.
I decided to put in the training schedule to run the half marathon distance every month now.
And I am running from now on- with the metronome tempo trainer!

I won yesterday over evil wish of coffee & cake but not today.
I finally got coffee and 2 biscottis.
I battled the cheese-cake wish, but I've got penny-pasta earlier.
So means my will-power is still weak :)

Fourth day after olympic and I am HUNGRY.
Not just hungry but VERY HUNGRY.
I am sure it is partly emotional as I want coffee & cake and not something healthy and nutritional.
I won over evil wish of coffee & cake.
I think it was a major win, shows me that my will-power although thinning but still existent.
Lentils and tomatoes helped me to battle the coffee& cake wish.
