While I'm over my allotted 1500 cals, I have realized that when I exercise quite a bit, I need to have more input, however, it does need stay below 2000. I'm not worried. I'm just adjusting for greater energy expenditure.

Getting started today. After an injury last summer and my final semester of school I've let things just fall apart. The hardest part will be maintaining a heart healthy diet. I know what to do, but I need to actually do it. I'm looking forward to training for a half marathon again, I've ordered a wet suit so I can swim in a nearby lake, and I'm talking to a yoga place today regarding low impact good stretching and exercise. Give me the mental strength to get through this and meet my goal! Good thoughts!
