The last month of the year shall be the most productive before I kick it into high gear in 2014.
Excited.

All natural.
No white grains.
NOthing too processed.
No candy.
No cheesecake, red velvet.
More fruits
More veggies
More animal based protein
More lean protein
Healthy fats (ex: Avocados)
