I have been pretty darn good this week -only skipped one day of exercise and will get on the treadmill bright and early this morning, if only for a little walk. Recorded all my food too. That is pretty fun. It does make me want to eat my own food too versus restaurant foods.

Traveling a ton, not always eating right, drinking chardonnay, but using some portion control.
Ready to slow down the travel and kick up the exercise and home cooking!
