This is very weird for me. I never had to diet in my life, but I gained weight and I feel so much better about myself when I'm thinner. I'm really motivated to loose the weight I just need a cheer-leading group. I already cut soda out of my daily diet for a week, that's one to two cans a day! The downside is I don't feel any weight sliding off from that.... I think I better readjust my food intake. All comments welcome!!
