I'm back on track this morning...did really good on my diet the last couple days and it is showing up on the scale. Good Luck everyone!!!

lost so far: 42.0 lb

still to go: 18.0 lb

Diet followed 100%

I was doing so good, then the holidays came and went and so did my diet. I really need help getting back on track. I refuse to gain my weight back and I refuse to be fat again. Any words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated.
