Keep losing and gaining the same 2-3 lbs

I'm new on here, but thought someone out there might have some answers for my situation. I currently weight about 213lbs. I have already lost about 20lbs since June, but for the last couple of months I keep bouncing between 212-215lbs. I am recording everything i put into my mouth on my fatsecret phone app and I am exercising a min. of 5 days a week for 35-60 minutes a day. I am keeping my calories per day around 1500 but even on a bad day, in the recent past (4 weeks) i haven't ever had a day over 1800 calories. (and this would only be 2 days out of the last 4 weeks). What am I doing wrong?! I am also trying to drink a lot of water. Do I just have to keep being consistant and let my body catch up or is there something I'm missing?

Try eating smaller meals but more regular instead of massive meals. Normally people eat 3 meals - breakfast lunch dinner. So instead eat 5 smaller meals.

Then also don't starve yourself. Eat less calories than you burn off. I know these are all simple things but are you conscious of them?

You're exercising a lot. Is the exercise active enough. Are you running? Or are you just peddling slowly on a bike?

A fast run for 20 minutes is better than a 60 minute jog. Running burns more calories.

Whey Protein - Any good for losing Fat?
Not sure sure how effective it is for losing weight. I know my husband uses it for muscle gain after lifting weights. Smile
