I just lose and gain, lose and gain, this out of control dieting has to stop. I'm just hoping and praying that this new challenge on Monday 9/2 will be THE one I will stick to.

Breakfast: coffee w/sugar free hazelnut
eggs w/cheese
Lunch: meat, usually chicken thighs (2)
Dinner: vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots
tomatoes, cucumbers w/regular Ranch dressing
also: sometimes, more meat if extra hungry
Snack: Atkins bar
