So i was having an amazing morning… did a great workout, ate good amount of protein and just felt good. Then i had to go and remove a kitchen and on the way back i faltered and ended up going to mcdonalds. I was solo frustrated at myself since i have had good self control and i know that food makes me feel like cra*.
At least i got home late and ended up doing another 1 hr of dance in order to try and work off all of those extra fat, carbs, and calories.
I am still mad at myself for giving in and not being able to resist : (
