I've been physically active for some time now. I've started doing hot vinyasa style yoga and have been doing so about 2-3 times per week for about 2 months now. Trying to make myself go to the gym after work and while tired is sometimes more difficult than I'd like. However, to date, my biggest hurdle has been nutrition. I eat well but I've found it difficult and expensive to eat exactly right several times per day, especially on a graduate student salary. At this point I'm done worrying about that. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to drop this potbelly and cleanse myself. Ready, GO!
