First day is fasting (500 calories)
09/13/13 One SFL cookie 80 cal, 4 BK chicken nuggets 200 cal, 1 cup broc/caul steamed with 1/2 Tillamook cheese 70 cal, two more SFL cookies 160 cal. Total cals:510 cal.
Did one hour yard work; two hours cleaning church building; walk 2.5 miles(burning 350 cal).
Next day will be a meal less than 1400 cal.
