Tonight will mark the 7th consecutive day at the gym. I'm beginning to wonder if tracking my weight is the right thing to do since I'm lifting weights in addition to cardio. I may start recording my body fat percentage along with my weigh-ins.

I may be a bit lackadaisical about sticking to my plan, but I'm committed to this week. Lots of gym and lots of fish! Let's see what happens...

I quit smoking over a month ago. Couple that with less than stellar eating habits and that's why I gained. I'm trying to actively return to tracking my fuel intake. Hopefully I can drop another 10lbs before my annual physical in October!
