back in the 250's today as weighed in this morning at 259.4. Not 100% sure of where I was at when started on July 8th. At doc office in early June I was 268
Was hoping to be in 240's by shrine bowl but did not do much but eat during june and early july

Starting to figure my way out around this site, pretty informative. I like the recipe section I found, what brought me here in first place. If I EVER intend to follow my way of eating where i feel much better I have to vary my food opportunity, why i quit every time i try this even though feel so much better - Boredom.
Will see how this goes the rest of the week then at shrine game practices...

Hello
Maybe a journal will help me stay on plan! I have tried Atkins / low carb off and on now for probably close to 10 years. First time I got down to 215 lbs and then went back to old way of eating. Highest I have ever weighed is 300.
I actually started this go at it on July 8. Nothing but water! No Diet Cokes or Miller Lite - Sucks! Especially in summer but want my clothes to fit when I am at shrine bowl starting July 18 - 27th. Last time was at shrine bowl gained 10 lbs. Eat Eat Eat all the time.
