Wow - I'm actually losing steadily and the fat secret site is helping me realize that. I am going forward full steam ahead. Still having AS. I do have to remember to drink my water and tea. I have been getting a little lazy about it the past few days.

Wow! I love fatsecret because it makes me realize I actually have lost. I weigh every day and have been stuck at 135 it feels like for almost a week. I'm still loving Shangri-la!

Awesome! Going in to my 3rd week and seeing wonderful results! I love this. I actually ordered a Spinach Gorgonzola Walnut Salad at an Italian restaurant the other day and that's what I craved! Amazing. That's not me. I never even used to eat spinach. Now I love it.
