Morning all

Its been beautiful the last three days and i have been taking ful advantage f it. sunday mothers day was the picnic and hiking around for a few hours and yesterday was a walk along the gorgeous lake and resort here. The weather is perfect walking weather not to hot not to cold just right (a little goldie locks and the three bears-ish but oh well).

Today a drive with my brother and his girlfriend (heres to hope to not feel like the third wheel like alway, (yeah right)). should be fun and hopefully get some walking in somewhere too. Been doing a slightly better job at watching my intake although yesterday i had a little to much froyo but it was just soo good. but i dont feel to bad about it since ive been walking for hours a day the last two day to ive burned off what i ate.

Was a good day today with my mom. Made her breakfast in bed and she loved her pressant and card. Then we went on a picnic in this beautiful park where i got to do one of my favorite things....... Hiking. it wasnt a huge park but i was pretty and had a lot of natural vegitation to explore through and got some pretty pictures. I ate a lot today compared to what i normally have been eating here lately but still under my main goal of keeping it below 1200 calories. Plus all that exercise i burned most of it off. Plus a littlke extra from the last few day.

Tomorrow im going to restart my diet tho wont weight in untill friday. Have gotten alot of my familly hooked on the detox water ive been drinking so am able to keep the stuff around to make it which is really nice. Hopefully tomorrow will be a good sunny day so i can go out walking again tomorrow like i did today. the senery wont be as pretty but i for sure need it.

Bad few days for me. Had way to much to eat yesterday (or atleast afraid to add up the calories to see) but it was a going away party for my brother (who just left today). Made a peanut butter cake for him shaped like a suit case and we had some family over and had some fun just hanging out. But those evil evil chips pulled me in. So when looked this morning i was 214 gain sigh. :(

Today im trying to do all i can to keep from doing a depression eat that i so loved to do whenever something was really sad while at the same time trying not to starve myself. It's hard to do since there is still cake from last night and icecream in the freezer and wine coolers in the fridge and chocolate hidden everywhere. My solution was to just eat fruit so lunch was the first non fruit thing i ate today.

This weekend is mothers day weekend so Happy Mothers day to all you moms out there. Plans to hang out and have a picnic at the park if its nice this weekend for mothers day so hopefully i can watch myself better eat more fruit and get back on track better. pizza planned tonight cause no one here is in the mood to cook after sending off my big brother we all took it kinda tough today, so it might end up having to take next week and do a few fasting days and some clense days to get back on track but i can do it.

Wedding is done with finally. wasnt happy with the way things turned our had several people crash the wedding sigh. managed to eat a few more calories but not break my 1000 aday mark so thats good. Really sore though from the last two days as it intailed a lot of running stairs and pushing around heave pool tables and air hockey tables. walking today is much of a challange as my legs just dont want to move but did push through and go shopping with my family as my brother is moving on friday.
have decided im going to be very picky when it comes down to my wedding cake. The one yesterday was so hard and dry i ate two bites and said i was done. My aunt even said very loudly that they should have had me make their wedding cake lol. tasted like very old pound cake and my dad broke his plastic fork trying to eat it. so today we ended up getting a apple pie s i think we all kinda deserve it a little
