I have lost sight of my goal! I need an eye opener and here it is. I can't even find the energy to play with Gage. I feel depressed all the time. I have Brandy who wants to lose weight as well and Justin needs to lose for health as well. I need to be a leader and begin this long journey. It's not the weight that bothers me the most it's the way I feel. Yuck. Seriously need to do this now!
