Well I didn't do to bad in week one. I lost 4lbs, even though I didn't stick to the diet like I should and I haven't started an exercise routine yet. I am going to work on that part this wee.

Didn't do so good yesterday. I over ate at dinner time. I wasn't hungry after dinner though. One day at a time.

Yesterday was rough. I did well until evening about two hours after dinner I felt hungry. I didn't eat but it was hard. One down, many more to go.
