tomorrow is the new start
Hi all, I've registered on here tonight so the diet can start first thing tomorrow. I think I have had my head in the sand for so long ignoring the fact I really need to lose weight that I have convinced myself this I will always be big and cuddly. The truth is I can feel my mobility is getting effected with aches and pains so any advice of starting diet and exercise would be appreciated.
