I'm thinking of joining Weight Watchers. I just feel like I can't do it alone. I love the support here, but I think I need something more because I'm really struggling with losing weight. I'm bummed... sigh.

Not doing to bad today. I danced for 50 minutes and aiming to stay within the hundreds and not hit 2000 cals. I'll keep aiming for that and then decrease and make the goal more of a challenge, but for right now, it's a big enough challenge for me just to stay lower than 2000 cals eaten per day.

Last week was such a bummer because I ate too many calories and really destroyed any progress on the wknd. Today is a new day and the beginning of a new week. I hope I can stay strong.
