3 sets of 10 reps on bench at 135 lbs.
3 sets of 10 reps on incline at 135 lbs.
42 reps of crunches at 190 lbs.
42 reps of back crunches at 150 lbs.

Today I benched 1 set of 8 reps at 245 lbs and 2 sets of 6 reps at 245 lbs. On the Incline, I did 2 sets of 10 reps at 225 lbs. I pressed through my crunches, 42 reps at 190 lbs. No cardio or back presses today.

Yesterday I did one set of 8 reps at 245lbs, then did 2 sets of 6 reps at 245 lbs, then did 1 set of 4 reps at 275 lbs and 1 set of 4 reps, new max at 315 lbs on the bench! Ran 1/2 mile at a mile pace of 7:15.
Did 42 reps of crunches at 190 lbs and did 42 reps of back crunches at 150 lbs. Also did a set of 10 reps at 225 lbs on the Incline and a set of 6 reps on the Incline at 225 lbs.
Today, I will do 3 sets of 10 reps on the bench at 135 lbs. 3 sets of 10 reps at 135 lbs on the Incline. 42 Reps of Crunches at 190 lbs, 42 reps of Back Crunches at 150 lbs and run a 1/2 mile at a 6 minute pace.
Reps and Recovery day.
