I'm so excited. Started Wednesday and I've hit 7 lbs. so far. I'm finding it so much easier this time around. I've been lucky to not have many cravings at all. I think I'm well on my way to success this time around.

On my second day of Phase 1. Staying on track down to every detail. Hope this means I'm ready to mean business. I'm getting really tired of quitting. I know I can do this. Hubby is doing it too which helps.

Ok I'm back on the wagon. I'm so sick of gaining. I have now entered into a bet with my best friend that I refuse to lose. Game on! LOL Any encouragement would help. Sorry I fell away and lets my fatsecret friends down. I'm back now..I promise.
