I am new, where do I find the recipe?

Going out for a big night?
When we go out instead of having a cocktail,I have a bloody mary, no volka. It really fills me up & depending where you go the drink may have olives, shrimp, etc. If I do have a drink, I am a margarita girl, top shelf tequila, no mixers. Also, if you are at a mexican restaurant you can ask them to bring flour tortillas instead of fried corn chips to have with salsa, just as good & low fat.

Dieting alone
I agree so much that eating smaller portions is key. I raised 4 children cooking the way my mom did, from scratch,no parepared foods, but not lowfat,etc. I have a very low metabolism(mr Dr told met once if I was on a desert island I would be the last to die of starvation!) so almost everything I eat goes to fat. My daugher & daughters in law are so much smarter than I was in cooking for their children-portion control, more veggies, no empty calories(fruit juice), limited sugar intake. Telling the kids(especially the girls-stop eating when they begin to feel full, not keep eating because the food tastes good. I ahve also picked up several tips from them-I use a margarine spray instead of butter or margarine, skim milk, much, much smaller portions.
