After tonight, I will have successfully completed a full Dry January! Unfortunately I have snacked too much and eaten over desired calories as an offset. Still I think the no drinking has done me good. I am going to keep it up for the time being.

I’m back. Was hospitalized on an emergency basis from 1/3 to 1/10. Thought I was going to die this time. But I didn’t. Weight gain is due to prednisone in part but also to eating too many snacks while recovering. So I’m starting back right now. First step - get back down to 175. I

So lucky to have access to fresh farm produce here in Lawrence KS. Delivered today. Heirloom baby tomatoes with smoked chunks of cheddar green and beet micro greens. Lightly dressed with vinaigrette.

Spinach cheese ravioli with mushrooms in white sauce with Parmesan and siracha; 2 chicken nuggets; and canned asparagus. Cleaning out freezer.
