Okay so I havent worked out in the past two days, but Ive done significantly better about my eating. Last night my husband and I had ribs asparagus and noodles...it was so yummy! but I limited my self to one piece of boneless rib, a spoonful of pasta, and lots of asparagus. Last night was out first time tryin asparagus and it was really good. Today I have only consumed 600 calories. So I have 1019 left! Ive been running all day, but Im really proud of myself for not stopping by wendy's or mcdonalds while I was out. I snacked on some Goldfish s'mores and they were so yummy at only 130 cals for 54 pieces! Funny thing though is that I wanted to push away, I didnt have the same craving to eat so much junk lately. I am so very proud of myself. Oh and I did Turbo Jams for 50 minutes! If this is any indication of how my weight loss journey is going to start, I can say that I am very very pleased.
