KEEP A POSITIVE OUTLOOK:
Thought I would drop more weight, but that is okay. I have to focus on making this all a habit and changing my life so that I can keep a healthy weight for a long time. It didn't come on in a short time so the weight will take some time to peel off. Exercise is making my energy increase (it has been two weeks and I slowly increased my activity). Day by day.

Day One of Challenges
Okay. So I have two challenges going.
1st
one says "drink lots of water in the day" - going to need to decrease the coffee and pick up a water bottle instead!
2nd
one says "exercise three times a week". That's understandable but really funny for someone who just had a baby and can't determine day from night right now. Hummm.... I'm going to have to record some stretching and yoga as well as an exercise video. My next challenge will be to try and fight the dogs for room on the floor. Phew!!! I'm already tired just thinking about this. Ha, ha.
My own challenge - grabbing food in the kitchen. It is not always healthy. Going to have to get some healthy choices in the kitchen and start giving away my baking. It helps with the stress and I love it! Gotta make it work and maybe work on some healthy/wise recipes.
Reassess challenges tomorrow and weigh in.
