Great run last night. Knees and achilles are starting to hurt more and more. I need to try KT Tape, see if that works. For now, I ice.
I had a < 11 minute mile! My fastest so far.

Weight loss is not about feeling guilty, it's about feeling good.
If you have a day where you eat a lot of cookies and don't go for a run, forgive yourself, get over it, move on.
Don't wallow in the guilt, focus on what you did well that made you feel good about yourself.
