Walked 10k everyday min come rain or shine, I think it's definately the trick as well as eating soup for lunch with a cheese, fruit Later on or before. Yoghurt before dinner or after which is a stirfy or soup, carbs to a minimum. Feeling really positive about this journey, got to not ruin it now going to kels.
