Bummer............walking, swimming.........following my plan and my weight is up 3 pounds!!!!!
This happens from time to time........ up and down , up and down..........just as long as it goes down in the long run.

Okay...........gong back to the boat In June to move it down island to St. Lucia. Living on the boat makes it hard to get in the type of exercise that we want........we gave ourselves "F" for our effort this past year. Don't want that to happen next year. I had lost 22 pounds (started at 154) but have gained 10/11 of them back. My goal is to get back to 132 pounds or less........in a relatively short period of time. I have started taking swim lessons, am walking at least 4 miles a day in about an hour......and have started lifting weights. Will have to figure out a great routine for working out on the boat..with Charter guest aboard.
Got to get into those bikinis :-) and the "jeans".........he heee.
