Help Please!
Okay, so I weigh 247 pounds, and I am 5'7, female. I have pretty much been fat my entire life, and I am sick and tired of it. I recently cut down my calories to between 1200-1500 and now I am not losing any weight. I have a very demanding job (yes I do sit at a desk all day), which means I dont have a lot of time to cook, but I try to do the best that I can. Someone please help me, I am marrying my boyfriend and June and want to drop at least 30 pounds!!
