well that diet i set earlier this month didn't plan out. the only diet that works for me is low carb. i am doing 18 net carbs for the rest of this month. and if all is well i plan on a 30 net carb diet for next month. well i just found out my gym membership is back on. so ill getting back to that next month. i gained so much weight i need gym.and home gym to get back on track.

OK today i start a new diet plan. it mostly fruits and vegetables for snacks and low fat meat. i been on and off of a low carb diet. i just cant take it anymore. i know if i kept eating fat and and protein it wasn't going to be good. every time i got off it i gained weight. well i am sick of always gaining my weight back and time to make a change for the better, back to a diet of low fat but mostly low on calories. 1400max 1800max with exercise.

today i start on focus more on calories then carbs it has been a bad year trying to be on low carb and bouncing between them. i need a life diet lifestyle that i know that its going to work.i been snacking tomuch on peanuts and sugars food. i plan to get more fruit and vegetables and less whole grain foods.so back to basics it is. my fat is a little high today but i am going to cut down.yes fat lis making me fat.

today i am 200lbs i never thought i would really be this,but i must face the fact that i been over doing it, but today i plan on doing a diet that not focus on protein but healthy foods. i plan a max of 1620calories and plenty on fruit and vegetables. and whole grains but no bread.
