Things have been busy! I used to check FatSecret during my lunch at work, but since going back after having Thompson I have been seeing a chiropractor and joined Weight Watchers which were taking up most of my lunch times. I have also been completely swamped with work, but I think it's settled down some now, so hopefully I will be back to journalling regularly.
I joined WW the beginning of April at 140 pounds and I'm down 7 pounds to 133. It's not where I wanted to be, but I really try to look at it without getting discouraged because I know the weight isn't going to fall right off since I have had to work at keeping it off since college. And honestly I haven't exercised too much while I was pregnant or since having Thompson. A couple weeks ago I started back up and it felt great! I had worked out M-Th and then Friday I was sick with a fever and just not feeling well, so wasn't up to a workout. Then my cousin got married that Saturday, we spent Sunday catching up on housework, etc. and I got derailed. So no workouts last week. It's amazing how hard it is to do something for yourself and your health. I just finished a workout and feel like I'm in a good place. I know where I want to go with my eating and exercise for the rest of the year and have written out not only weight loss goals (since it's not always about the # on the scale), but other goals for fitness and flexibility.
Thompson is 5 months old already and he's such a GOOD baby. He is really happy and smiles so much. He pretty much sleeps through the night. He's been rolling over for a couple months and he is attempting to crawl, but not quite there.

I joined weight watchers yesterday and my sister did too . We are going to do it together even though we don't live near each other. She needs to lose at least 20 lbs and I'd love to lose at least 30.
My birthday is June 3rd, which is 10 weeks away, and my goal is to be at 130 lbs and in a size 8 pant.
Today I did Turbo Fire 55 and 10 minutes of stretching. I also have my dance class tonight, so will get a bit more workout in. Starting to feel good and motivated!

Yesterday was a tough day with Thompson because he would fall asleep and I'd try to put him down and he'd wake up and want to nurse or be held! So it was hard getting things done. I was able to do a TurboFire workout though, so I'm feeling pretty good about 2 days in a row!
My sister is on her way here now and I'm going to try to get my workout in before she gets here.
Next week is my last week before I return to work and I have quite a lot to do - gathering his things for daycare, getting my car in the shop for an oil change and other minor work, picking up his birth certificate, etc.

I have been doing a bit of exercise, I have my dance class and walking the dogs. Today I was finally able to do one of my workout DVDs-a strength training one. Really made me feel good!
Thompson slept through the night the last 2 nights ! And last night slept in his bassinet the whole time instead of moving to the bed . Yay! My sister is coming to visit Sunday and Monday and this will be her first time seeing him, so we're looking forward to her visit.
Last night I finally got around to trying on all my closet clothes to see what fits and it's not a lot. The good thing is it really got me motivated to get in shape!
