well,I've finally reached the small goal of losing 20# by Halloween,took long enough! Now,I need to get my rump in gear,haven't been doing anything...fell off track,BIG time,& couldn't get back on. I really need to get serious. My pain issues haven't gotten any better,so I just try to tolerate it as best as I can move on. Need accountability & support to help me stay on track.

These past few weeks have been awful as far as counting calories and losing weight :( Father in law still in the hospital,about 2 months now!I'm still the one that drives my mother inlaw & sister inlaw places, did get my youngest to help a little after school this week. Then I'm trying to get everything cleaned & in order before my back surgery in 2 weeks. No wonder I've gained 2 pounds, surprised it wasn't more! Hopefully things will get back to a some what normal routine soon.
I need to find a way that's easy & portable to help with my weight loss, but not gond of yhe shakes & bars(can you say burn out!)
