Had part of a margarita and a late dinner last night, so I'm not too upset about a gain of 0.2 lb overnight. I'm pretty sure it's just food weight and not anything real. That's an unusual thing for me because usually I would freak out and probably not eat today. While I know the process is a long one, I think I might actually be starting to redevelop my thinking from the old eating-disordered patterns I've had for the last 12 years. That's a pretty big step.

Yay! Not a huge loss, but a reasonable one. Now I just have to keep things in line this weekend and not go too crazy on the margaritas tonight so I don't gain it all back like I did last weekend.

I know I've gained 0.2 lb since I last weighed in, but my weight did jump up about 1.5 lb a couple of days ago. I am pretty sure I was only down at 135.4 because I was REALLY dehydrated, so I'm not going to freak out about it too badly. Goal for this coming week is to see 133!
