Was expecting a very small weight loss over the weekend then dropped 3 lbs in a day. Must have been water weight from breakfast bacon. No cravings from eating low carb, averaging about 30-35 carbs per day. Prior to restarting Atkins I was averaging 160 carbs so it is a major change. Insulin use is down to under around 16U of U500, which is a big improvement from around 50U for months. Anxious to see A1c results when I visit the Endo in March.

It is possible to eat "low carb" at Red Lobster. No rolls, no rice, blue cheese dressing on the salad and broccoli instead of potatoes. Yum!
