Today I am starting to be serious about my weight loss. I ate an apple for breakfast and I am going to the gym today!
Well, my day didn't go as planned. I got really stressed out and I ate. I actually ate a lot. And I didn't end up going to the gym. Although I did walk around all day. I don't know how to track that in the exercise diary because it wasn't all at one time. I also ran for about ten minutes tonight. It was a short amount of time, but it was dark and it freaked me out.
