In a world where I have a family to tend to, and a little girl, its much easier for me to watch what I eat instead of low carbing it. I may go back to atkins eventually, but for right now, I need a more realistic diet for my life. 6 pounds down, 55 to go.

Down a few more pounds! I have a TON of energy. And I said No to cake on TWO separate occasions yesterday. On the scale this morning, I was feeling vindicate about that :)
