I'm 27 years old married female and have always been uncomfortable with my weight. I'm not overweight or even chubby but I know I could be so much healthier and happier. I exercise and have a healthy diet but when I endulge, I ENDULGE. Pizza, chocolate and beer in one sitting. I want to use Atkins to lose some initial weight and then go to a more balanced diet with fruits and fiber. Wish me luck:)
