tonight was the first night of Biggest loser 8. i watched that then watched tv another 2 hours, ate reeses pieces, spinach dip & bread, and beef fried rice for dinner, i had mandrin oranges for breakfast, oatmeal for lunch and trail mix for snack at work. i want to at least exercise 3 hours a day so if i stayed up too late i will have to work out during lunch and after school.

now on summer vacation. i went for a rainy bike ride today, but i need to measure and record my food more acurately and stick to my schedule, trying again tomorrow.
