I have zero motivation for exercise. I know it's necessary, but just can't get into it. what helps you motivate to exercise? I'm doing a high fiber diet almost mediterranean like. I've lost 3 lbs. since January 19th.

Just feeling down. I start out well, and actually start to see some results and boom i sabotage myself. I feel like a failure. Just down on myself and everything lately. I just hate myself lately. Going with hubby to Key West for Christmas break (December 26) and wanted to lose some weight. What is wrong with me! I just feel so stressed and let the littlest things bother me. I feel like I have no support. I'm tired of being on the outside and looking in.

Well it's my birthday today. The big 46. I wanted to be at 180 for my birthday. Instead I am holding at my current weight. my mother in law need me a Black Russian birthday cake. As tempting as it is I don't think I will have a piece like I normally would cave in 2.it's a bittersweet day. 7 years ago my mom passed away on June 4th so birthdays haven't been quite the same. But I will get through the day with my family and friends and we'll keep plugging away on this journey of my weight loss.
