I reached my goal of fifteen miles this week, fifteen more for next week, lost eight pounds so far, this is getting easier than the first week, i dont get pleasure from food anymore, my hubby is going to be busy.

ive started the six week body makeover today. it promises big results, just wasent getting the results i wanted on south beach. plus my husband wants to challange me so its eaisier if we do the same one.
